Most trips are day trips within a reasonable distance from camp. These are opportunities for the campers to appreciate the beauty and history of the White Mountains. We use a local bus company and their driver for most trips. When a group uses a camp vehicle, only qualified drivers over the age of 21 and whose driving record is impeccable and verified with our insurance company. Older girls take extended trips to Montreal and Quebec City.
With our home in the White Mountains, day trips to trailheads are a favorite. Girls sign up for hiking trips, pack a lunch, and come back to camp for a much anticipates scrub in the lake and canteen treat!
Our bike barn holds 15 Cannondale bikes of various sizes so all girls may participate. Girls who take a biking class sign up for trail rides; no riding on roads. Scrumptious snacks and lunch along streams and covered bridges are reminders you’re in beautiful New England.
